This Privacy Policy explains how 917inc (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information in connection with the automation services provided under the 917inc brand, including the n8n instance at n8n.917inc.com (the “Service”).

  • Google account email address (via userinfo.email scope)
  • Access to Google Sheets you explicitly select or configure in your workflows (via spreadsheets scope)
  • Access to Google Drive files you explicitly select or configure in your workflows (via drive scope)

We only access the data that you choose to connect to the Service and only for the purposes described below.

1.3 Technical information

We may collect limited technical information, such as:

  • IP address, browser type, operating system
  • Date/time of requests and basic usage logs
  • Error messages and performance data

This information helps us operate, secure and improve the Service.


2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  1. Provide and operate the Service, including executing your workflows and automations.
  2. Connect and synchronize data between Google services and other tools, as you configure in your workflows.
  3. Maintain the security and stability of the Service, including monitoring for abuse and troubleshooting issues.

  5. Improve and develop the Service based on aggregated usage patterns (where possible, we use anonymous or de-identified data).

We do not sell your personal information or the content of your spreadsheets or files.

    With trusted hosting, infrastructure or logging providers who process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Your Data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. However, no system or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your credentials, API keys and account access secure;
  • reviewing and limiting the permissions you grant to the Service within your Google account.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to:
