Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the automation services provided under the 917inc brand, including the n8n automation instance available at n8n.917inc.com (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

  1. The Service is intended for business and personal workflow automation, such as connecting Google Sheets, Google Drive and other third-party tools.
  2. You are responsible for:
    • maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts, API keys and credentials;
    • all activities that occur under your account or within your workflows;
    • ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms (for example, Google’s API and product terms).

2. Third-Party Services

  1. The Service may connect to third-party platforms and APIs (such as Google services).
  2. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. 917inc does not control and is not responsible for third-party services or any changes they make to their APIs, pricing or availability.
  3. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required accounts with third-party providers.

3. Data and Content

  1. You retain all rights to the data, files and content (“Your Data”) that you connect to or process through the Service.
  2. By using the Service, you grant 917inc a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, executing your workflows and providing support.
  3. You are responsible for:
    • the accuracy, quality and legality of Your Data;
    • having all necessary rights and permissions to use and process Your Data through the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Service to send spam, malware, or any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory or infringing.
  2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
  3. Reverse engineer, modify or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
  4. Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable or overload the infrastructure of 917inc or any third-party provider.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms.

5. Availability and Changes

  1. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  2. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, for maintenance, updates or other reasons.
  3. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 917inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. 917inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
  2. 917inc’s total cumulative liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 917inc and its owners, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of:

  1. Your use of the Service;
  2. Your violation of these Terms;
  3. Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

9. Termination

  1. You may stop using the Service at any time.
  2. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use may cause harm, legal risk or service disruption.
  3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will stop immediately. We may retain or delete Your Data according to our technical and legal obligations and our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where 917inc is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
