1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 917inc services, including 917inc.com and n8n.917inc.com (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

917inc provides:

• Web design and development services
• Brand identity and graphic design
• Marketing consultation and strategy
• Automation and workflow solutions (n8n)
• Website maintenance and technical support

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Use automated means to access the Services without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by 917inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them.

6. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to begin project work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• All prices are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) unless otherwise specified
• Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees

7. Warranty and Support

• All projects include 6-12 months warranty depending on service package
• Warranty covers bug fixes and technical issues
• New features or major changes are not covered under warranty
• Support response time: 24-48 hours for standard support

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 917inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
